This past weekend, the Jr. Stingrays Mighty Mites made a big impact at the Mites Beach Bash in Ocean City, MD, with both the A and B teams securing 2nd place in their respective divisions. The young players displayed impressive skill, teamwork, and determination, battling through intense matchups to earn their well-deserved runner-up finishes. The young Stingrays showcased impressive teamwork, skill, and determination throughout the tournament, thrilling spectators with their high-energy play. Each game was a testament to their dedication and growth, as they faced off against talented opponents from across the region. Though they narrowly missed out on championship titles, their strong runner-up finishes highlight the bright future ahead for these developing athletes. With their hard work and passion on full display, the Jr. Stingrays Mighty Mites have plenty to be proud of as they finish up their season.

But the excitement wasn’t just on the ice! The Mighty Mites also braved the frigid waters of the Atlantic, taking part in a Polar Plunge, where they sprinted into the cold ocean. The event was a fun and memorable team-bonding experience, showing the Stingrays' fearless spirit both in competition and in the icy waves.
